Desk accessories
Small workspace accessories for fit, comfort and movement.
A comfortable workspace starts with the chair, desk height and screen position, then small accessories fill the gaps. These guides cover footrests, wrist and back supports, monitor stands and similar items, with the adjustments and sizes each maker lists. Set up your desk so your feet rest flat, your shoulders stay relaxed and the top of the screen sits near eye level, and take regular breaks to stand and move. If you have ongoing pain at your desk, a physical or occupational therapist can assess your setup.
Small changes often help most. Raise or lower the screen before buying a new stand, try a rolled towel before a lumbar pillow, and set a timer to stand up every half hour. Buy one item at a time so you can tell what actually helps.
Pick a guide below. Each one explains what to look for and how to use the product safely. It also says when to ask a doctor or other expert first. Sources are listed at the end of every guide.
