Privacy
Life in Good Form does not ask you to create an account and does not collect health information.
Like most websites, our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
When you click an Amazon link, Amazon may set cookies to track the referral. Amazon's own privacy notice applies on its site.
What we do not collect
There are no visitor accounts, comment sections, newsletters or contact forms on this site, so we never ask for your name, email address or health details. We do not run advertising scripts, and we do not sell or share information about visitors.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure visits and link clicks, such as which pages are read and when an Amazon link is clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google handles that data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Other sites
Links to makers, health organizations and other sources take you to sites with their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers can block third-party cookies entirely. Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading any page here. If you would rather Amazon not record a referral, search for the product on Amazon directly instead of using our links.
Security
Every page is served over HTTPS. Because we do not collect personal or health details, there is no visitor data stored on this site that could be exposed.
What Amazon shares with us
As an Amazon Associate, we see reports of how many clicks our links received and which products were ordered after a click. Those reports do not include your name, address, email or payment details, and we cannot tell which visitor bought what. We use the totals only to learn which guides are useful.
Children
This site is written for adults choosing health and home products. It is not directed at children under 13, and because we collect no personal details, we hold no information about children.
Changes
If we ever add a feature that collects information, we will update this page before it goes live and explain what is collected and why.
